Carolyn Bradish began her career as a residential real estate broker in 2001, and has been associated with Remax Professionals in the Highlands Ranch office for the last 10 years. Her passion for real estate has led her to numerous awards and professional recognitions, including ReMax Hall of Fame Award in 2016, Diamond Circle Awards from the South Metro Denver Realtor Association from 2013-2016 and recognition as a top real estate professional by 5280 magazine each year for the last 6 years.
She has earned several professional designations, GRI, SFR, GREEN and ABR, all of which helped build knowledge and ability that help her serve her clients better. Throughout her career, Carolyn has endeavored to make “Professional Service, Built on Trust” the keystone of her business.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Carolyn spent 18 years in the printing and graphics business as co-owner, with her husband Bill, of an AlphaGraphics Print franchise in Littleton/Highlands Ranch. In 1985, Carolyn started the AlphaGraphics franchise at S. Broadway and Mineral, and promptly joined the South Metro Chamber of Commerce to connect with other business owners. While actively involved in this business, she handled sales, marketing and customer relations in addition to wearing the many management hats of a small business owner. In 2001, changing goals led her to pursue a real estate license, and this change has proved to be a perfect fit to use her skills in sales, marketing & customer service while expanding her personal horizons.
Involvement in community service has always been important for Carolyn, and her business endeavors opened new avenues of service.
These include service on the Board of Directors of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce for 7 yrs, and serving as Board Chair in 2001-2002.
She served 2 terms on the Board of Directors of the South Metro Realtor Association, and acted as a liaison between that board and the Chamber.
Carolyn is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch, and is a past President of the club. The Rotary International moto of “Service Above Self” is a priority in Carolyn’s personal & business goals. The past year has included increased volunteer involvement in city affairs in Littleton and service on the city’s Fine Arts Board of Directors.
Leisure activities include gardening, fitness, and cooking for family and friends. (A combo of home-grown garlic & peppers are her menu super stars.) She jump-starts her day with an early morning walk on the Highline Canal trail with her Labrador retriever/personal trainer, Rocky.
